Whit’s Negroni

I ofen take some broad liberties with the classic Negroni.  This cocktail isn’t a classic Negroni, nor is it a modern White Negroni, but its mine!  So, here’s Whit’s Negroni.
Eleven Fingers Gin, White Port and Bianco Vermouth are great companions. Creating a well balanced cocktail with sweet and bitter notes with out being overly rich. Cheers!

Bar Tools: Cocktail Pitcher, strainer, and bar spoon
Glass:  Old Fashion
Style: Rocks

    PREP:

Begin by chilling an Old Fashion glass.

    Step 1

In a cocktail pitcher filled with ice add Eleven Fingers Gin, White Port and Bianco Vermouth.  Stir for 25-30 seconds.

    Step 2

Add a large lump or cube of ice to your chilled glass.

    Step 3

Squeeze a large orange peel over the glass, wipe the peel around the rim and place the peel in the glass.
